Hopefully today is the day I finally get my printer working properly. With my work schedule and all kinds of other stuff I have never fully gotten my printer working. I have made a big list of potential issues causing my printer to fail to print and am slowly working down the list to figure out my problem so I can catch up to some of you printing such awesome stuff.

Level the build plate per Flint's method - Done
Level the actual machine - Done
Check settings to optimum levels - Done
Power source swap -
Shake resin before printing - Done
Replace flash drive - Done...but Idk if this helped
Change resin to other brand -
FEP change -
Files have proper supports - Done
UV Test - See below post, everything looks good to me

I so badly want this printer to finally work. It wasn't cheap lol

The Photon software's support algorithm seems a bit aggressive? Certainly not efficient. Any tricks short of "just use MeshMixer"??

Also, what do ppl use for sanding off the support contact points? By hand with paper? Dremel?

How do I convert dae files into stl files?

My latest project. Started in Rhino for block up and then imported to ZBrush to refine and detail.

The job was for a 15mm long bee, but I could not resist also printing it's big brother. (300% bigger) this was fun to design.
