So as some of you had mentioned, the actual plate on my printer doesn't slide all the way through, anyway to get a replacement? Amazon wanted me to return the whole thing but I really don't want to go that route.

Hi Folks, what is the highest resolution (lowest layer height) that you've used successfully?

I’m really pleased with how these turned out. I have a full build plate with 4pcs that will be complete in about 2 hours. I was going to wait till that’s done but I had time to type this up now. I think these settings are good enough for a baseline on the resin sheet if anyone can enter them?

Facebook glitch, thought I had posted this yesterday but can't see it in the feed. Anyhow...
Using minocure rapid black, working great and no print fails. I am having an odd problem, at the end of the print I'm finding large flat very thin sheets of cured resin in the vat.
Usually off to the side away from the model, sometime like this picture in around the model

It doesn't show any resemblance to any part of the model. The model has printed perfectly.

Thinking it could be over exposure maybe at the start, will play with settings this weekend and try to figure out what is happening

I followed the settings in the spreadshert and reduced all the times a little , I think down to 50 secs and 11 secs with 1 sec off time

Hex wrench size?
Hey all- I'm trying to replace the rear vent on my Photon with a 4" duct adapter from Thingiverse. Problem is, my 2mm, 2.5mm, and English hex drivers won't fit. What size is it?

I finally got my review done for the Anycubic Photon DLP Printer. I am probably a bit biased when I say it is the best DLP printer available, but I like to think that I supported it with what I wrote, and the photos showing off the quality. I also tried to add resources to make it easier for first-timers to understand how to print with it. There is a major learning curve for newbies, whether they come from the FDM world or not.
