How to calibrate the resin to get right accuracy on X and Y axes? I have to print some industrial parts for my clients with the AC grey resin and found the X,Y accuracy is really off (much larger than the dimensions they should be). Tried to print the calibration matrix today. The only thing I know affecting the dimensions is overcuring swells the layers. So I reduced the curing time from 9s to 7s but lots of small details got stuck on the FEP apparently from undercuring. Will try 8s tomorrow, but what if I found a minimum layer curing time to make the details peelable from the FEP but the X and Y dimensions are still too large? Is there any other factors that can tweak the accuracy?

By the way, I think the calibration STL file should use a longer length on each axis like something 11cm w/ 6cm instead of these 3mm or 0.1mm tiny things on current calibration matrix. I think the current one is good at finding the right resin setting to produce as many details as possible, but not to "calibrate" the printing accuracy. Small details are harder to verify with the caliper, and if you can get 11cm done correctly, you can get 3mm done so too. Please correct me if I am wrong.

monocure white resin calibration done ? the part in the back failed the base structure was way to small it stucked to the fep ? settings where 0.05mm 21 sec 10 bottom layers at 100sec what would you guys say is the smallest area needed that has enough sucktion to the base? hmmm

It was just released to the public and the available parts are growing every day. If you dont like whats there you can add your own! Its the perfect companion to a photon. I do use Meshmixer also to tweak the ones I am making.

New issue now... not all of the Hex Screws wants to release and some have stripped. *mutters* I don't feel like pulling out the dremel right now to cut a slot into them. I'll deal with that later.
