Guys, need some help, opinions .
Using classic photon, resin Phrozen gray. Auto supports from chitubox (medium) and i add some of mine where i believe is needed)
When i print at 0.03 and 6sec normal exposure, the same .stl (In the same print i use 4 times the same stl file)
1 out of 4 fail to print.
Then i increase the exposure time at 9sec and dropped layer height at 0.02 and all files are printed, but i believe i lose detail.
I did a search here and found out that increased normal exposure messes with fine details.
I have contemplating to dropping the normal exposure at 7.5 and see how it goes.

Does details really depend on exposure ? I mean, i can see the detail in the preview of the stl file clearly.
Then when it is printed it looks like it's sanded at some places.
I know i ask too much with no photos to show or anything. But whoever has an experience with phrozen grey and small scale files (1/12) is welcome.

Regarding Chitubox, does anyone else has troubles with it ? I have the latest edition. But i seem to encounter problems that i did not with the previous versions UNTIL i updated with the latest (note. i downloaded the previous versions to see if i can roll back and the same problem occurs with them aswell)
Problem one, i can NOT open photon files, i can extract and save as photon but can not open that file, chitubox crashes.
Problem two, with previous versions i could move the object on platform with the mouse, now i can not. I have to move it using the chitubox function (arrows).

Also, been using Phrozen gray, i like it, not really smelly.
Currently i am using an AC clear that seems to not smell at all. I have read good things here about elegoo & anycubic gray but did not find any info about the smell part. If a gray resin combines both (results & smell) let me know.

Lets take a moment and appreciate the fact we live in 2019 and we can bring to life whatever we want, due to 3d printing and particularly due to our beloved photon .

Born in 83 , & during early 90's while designing ugly looking cars in our compaq laptop always asked Dad if i can print those ugly mofos and play with them.So this is a dream come true actually.

Ι want to print on platform a 12cm lengh object, from what i have seen platform is 11.5 cm, but the chitubox shows it exceeds the length far more !
Will it be printed ? and only 0,5 be lost ?

9 cm (0,5 diameter) Tubes printed with my photon with Monocure Flex100 after 14 hours.With no supports.

Really happy with the final result, despite the fact that tubes bented due to the flexibility of the resin and the length of the product, still it was a success!

Guys i am planning on adding an inline fan to extract the fumes.
How much CFM/m3h is enough ? From a quick search here i saw people suggesting 190 CFM. Is that the number from where i should start searching or less would work aswell ?
And if yes, what is the lowest ?
It's pretty hard to find those type of fans in Europe and in reasonable prices (in contrast to Usa) so that is why i am asking. 190 CFM or more go around 100+ euro around here.

Guys, i need your help and guidance. Resin: unmixed monocure flex100. Settings:the ones you can see.
Angles the ones you can see in photos. I used heavy supports (auto). But both prints failed miserably.
Any suggestions ? Also i did another print with flex100 some spikes, and the print was a success, but afterwards when i had the spikes in ipa they started becoming brittle and wrinkled (if that's an actual word).

Hey guys. After my 1st succesfull print of my own design. I would like to know if anyone has used the monocure flex resin. I want to make accesorries like belts, skirts,holsters etc with a fabric/cloth aesthetic . And i would like to know if, depending on it's thickness, the printed product would have enough flexibility to behave like that.
If it does, could someone who have succesfully printed with this resing provide me the settings ?
