Can someone please share which connection/connections need to be disconnected to turn off the vent fans built into the printer?

i'm a bit confused.

In the manual, the xy resolution is 0.047mm, multiplied by 2560x1440 (lcd resolution) you got 120.32 x 67.68 mm build volume. In the physical dimension it says the build volume is 115 x 65mm.

That's almost 5% deviation.

(I can imagine for advertisement 120mm sounds better than 115mm :D )

I haven't tried printing from edge to edge of the build plate yet, maybe someone already knows the exact dimension.

Another question: With an xy resolution of 0.047 wouldn't it be best to set the z axis resolution at 0.047, too?

Are there any pro / cons for this setting?

Has anyone noticed a difference between e.g. 25um and 50um? I can't see any layers with 0.05 and a black primer coat, so i don't see the need to double my layers.

My only FEP sheet ripped...did I have it too tight? I used the bottle cap technique. First time I changed my fep I had no problem.

2nd print finished this morning. Highly successful!
40mm High Timberwolf and 6mm sized Predator.
Printed in 0.02 layers using the spreadsheet settings.

The side struts in the arms of the Madcat printed fine, but my clumsy hands broke one of them.

Craneos. Meshmixer: escalado, solido y hueco. No consegui usar la herramienta de drenaje, asi que añadi un tubo en la cara que quise y se lo reste. Imprimiendo con FTD- Industrial Ben Rojo. Laminador photon: autosoportes heavy. LT 0.04/NET 12/OT 1/BET 50/ BL10.

Haciendo unas pruebas con FTD-Industrial Ben Rojo. LT 0.04/NET 12/OT 1/BET 50/ BL 8. En un principio las piezas salieron bien, solo algo de warping en la base de los soportes. Lavado un par de minutos en IPA, y con compresor quitado restos de IPA.
