I am printing flat on the build plate. It is 1.5 mm circle with 60 mm dia, it is a fresnel lense and it prints mostly skewed. Calibration matrix prints well. I am using FTD industrial unpigmented for test (8s ON, 2 OFF , 8 bottom layers 50s each) as per resin data on the drive. Mostly flat models with more than 1mm print skewed? Why?

Cancelled my Photon order on Aliexpress, after five days not even an acknowledgement . In the same time I did order some resin from the same reseller, and thats already being shipped. Now ordered from Amazon in Germany. Slightly more expensive but should arrive on thursday... Lets see.

Has anyone tried using FEP film that isn't the standard .15mm that come with the printer? They're $25 for one on amazon, but there's a 5 pack of .127 on amazon for the same price.

Can anyone tell me how humidity and temp affects the resin during printing or if it does. I'm planning to use the photon in my garage which is pitch black and would probably be around 80F or so depending on the time of year, with a humidity range between 50-75% because I live in a humid place.

Notes: Good rule of thumb is to have the connecting gap between parts with at least 0.1mm (compensation of 0.05 on the male and female threads) avoid 90º surfaces always use at least 3º tapper in faces parallel to the buildplate otherwise you can have problems with transition

Hey guys, could someone give me some pointers on how to keep the prints stuck on the build plate? Ive tried sand with 80 grit and i re-calibrate the z-axis the flint read technique. I was using monocure rapid and switched to the anycubic green and it all falls off. Previously successful prints dont work anymore. Anything would be appreciated!

Bueno, solo es una curiosidad un tanto friki ? . ¿Alguno se ha fijado como crea el laminador las bases de los soportes?. Curiosamente los crea en angulo. ¿Ayudara esto mas a fijar la pieza en la plataforma?, entiendo que ¿ayudara bastante a evitar que se despegue la pieza, al tener en principio menos superficie?. Una ultima reflexión, ¿sera mejor cuando diseñas una peana, para inprimir directamente, tener esto en cuenta?. ? ? ? ? una simple curiosidad, que replantea estas preguntas......o son solo cosas mias.... ? ? ?
