First print finished this morning. Not a complete success, but nearly, say 95% success. Very much usable, and in the end I like the new design more!

Strangely enough, the one piece I used auto-supports failed miserably (the turret ring). The misprint of the back of the turret was probably due to lack of supports.

Resin: Anycubic Green
Settings: 0.02 7.5 6.5 40 8
(same as in the pinned post for 0.02 Anycubic Green Resin)
Print Time was 10.5h and used 29g of resin (hollowed models).

Lessons learned:
Initial supports are crucial. If you think you have enough, add more!

After I completed my first successful print I went to do my second and the plate drove inton the bed like it had forgotten my z position from the bed leveling. Any ideas?

Hi, I print this falcon to the maxium size
Using monocure rapid Grey...

At

the photon would allow me to do.

After wash in 100% IPA... I notice the strips...

I did leave it in IPA with spinner for around 4 hours (was busy doing something)

So does prolong ipa exposure cause this??

But the other side looks fine...

what can I do to prevent this in future?

Nothing like a warm pot o' resin on a cold day!

Seriously though if I don't heat it first, it's like pouring custard and a guaranteed print fail. This seems to work okay but anyone have any other heating methods?
