My second print. Re-leveled. Testing monocure blue using the google sheets settings (0.05/15/1/60/5)

-Had some warping issues at the bottom of some parts

-The wheel rim decided to stop printing at some point and looks squished

-The cube is a little oversize

-I learned i should always generate supports, even when a part has a flat bottom

-One of the parts didn't form at all after the raft. (it's the endbell of an electric motor, next to the lego armature)

-the lego armature has some stepping on one side

-I'm impressed at how small a size this thing can print, but it seems to want to fuse some surfaces to the raft, even when they appear to have support branches in the slicer.

-In one of the pics, i compare the car bodies with ones i printed on a $60k stratasys.

I've been printing military vehicles, some I've designed myself, at 1:216 scale. I have an order for just over 1000 miniatures- over 800 modern US and 200 modern Russian vehicles and aircraft to be used in wargaming at the Command and General Staff College. I'm only charging for the cost of resin, as I'm learning some great stuff in 3D design and printing. The Photon is working great, and it's an unbelievable value. With this order, I will pay-off the machine!

Has anyone else noticed that when you press the cog button, the time off row says 'exoosure'? (exposure). :)

Sorry...25 years as a software QA engineer. Those things jump out at me, and 'bug' me. LOL...get it? Yes, it's late, I'm tired, and punchy.

Just got the missing piece to a fully automated no special parts usage of the Exposure Finder Test :)

Basically you run the Gcode to put the printer in no peel mode then you run a hacked .photon file that moves all the layers 0mm (that will be in the video i'm uploading as I write) :)

I've gotten a few good prints but now my printer is restarting itself after the first layer (sometimes even before that). I tried swapping power supplies but the problem remains. Has anyone else encountered an issue like this? I'm in touch with Anycubic but figured I'd throw it here too. Here is a video of the problem:

Anycubic support sent me a new z axis rail and carriage to fix my z wobble. It worked.
