But try to remember messaging me with "print stuck to the fep" is not helpful you need to tell me what print, what resin , what settings, what orientation and even room temp before we can say for sure what is wrong we need details folks DETAILS, I am good but I am not telepathic :D

And if we really want to sort it fast pictures help soooo much!

Setting up for my second print on this machine and, during the UV test, i'm spotting some flickering...already..
Should i be concerned?
First print was yesterday, sub 3 hours at 20 microns, if it matters.

Can someone take a look at this .STL file. I tried to open it in ChiTu in order to slice it but it doesn't show up on the grid. I will admit that it's pretty thin and should really be done in photo-etch. But I'm messing around and want to see how thin I can go with the Photon.

My first newbie question since I've searched and can't find a answer. How do you guys check to make sure a first layer stuck? Do you pause and check? Or wait until the bed gets to a level you can see it when it raises?

I have had it up to here with this piece of junk. Please, can somebody give me advice on this? Not just the technical issue, but on whether it's even worth it to try to salvage this?

Let me give you a rundown of the hell I've dealt with. Maybe someone has some kind of inkling what I can do.

First week, works perfectly. Prints like nothing else.

Second week, FEP leaks, screen breaks in process. Big deal, but I'm patient and order a new screen and protector.

Third week, I install the screen protector. Only half of the screen displays, other half is black. Ok, defective product, maybe I handled it too roughly or something. It happens. Order a new one, work with the blank half for now. It has other issues too. Fine. Whatever.

Eighth week, just this week, finally the SECOND screen comes in from alibaba. Install it. DOESN'T WORK. Not even half the thing, it straight up doesn't even do the UV test. Brand new screen, brand new ribbon cable. NOTHING. Nothing shows up.

Fuck.

I remove it, stick in the initial half-defective screen. UV test. Same old half-working half-not-working stuff. Ok, so at the very least it's not the board. Right? Because if it was the board it would be flashing like this one. But it's not even showing anything!

Is the new screen a dud? There's no fucking way this is a second defective screen in a row. Nobody is that unlucky, are they?

Should I try to contact Anycubic? Is that even worth trying to do? Should I contact Alibaba? Is there a way to salvage this problem?

when sealing/priming prints. are you doing it just for UV protection? i mean could you do a clear seal/prime?

Hi folks!

Apparently the slicer software sometimes generating a glitched slice at random layer,
What's the condition to avoid this completely?

Although it glitched only in one layer, but it could compromise the overall structural integrity (i learnt this the hard way) and/or overal quality.

As i'm using this printer to print some precise enclosure, this glitch (sometimes) giving me a quite hard time.

Check the picture, it is a four identical object. yet one of them glitched.
No wonder when i print it yesterday, one of them sticking to the FEP while in the middle of print process.
