Make sure you mix the resin before each print.

I've started to get more consistent results when I ensure the resin in the vat is mixed before starting, or shaken in the bottle if adding new

Here's what wanhao white looks like after sitting for a day and a quick swirl to show how it has separated out

Just got my Photon a few days ago and I'm very happy with it! Quick question though, I have a couple of small failed prints that have stuck to the base of resin bath (FEP film?). How do I go about removing that?

Is this caused by the power supply?
It was a 5+ hours print, but it finished around 50% (it can be seen in the display the remaining time and progress bar, but printer stopped and reported job finished). Besides the build platform had not rise to the end position, the last layer was still stuck to the FEP when I manually moved the platform up.

Hi everyone. Just finished with my first two prints on my new Photon and had no problem printing but seem to have the all-to-common z-wobble. Searching through the group here there seems to be a number of solutions from the anycubic video tightening the roller to tightening or loosening screws. I just wanted to check in and see what the best approach for fixing this is on a new machine is.

Just tried out a new resin and am quite happy with it. It's the SparkMaker LCD-N (Nylon-like) resin. It prints with the standard settings I use on Monocure, Anycubic and Wanhao resin. (4 bottom layers of 60s each, 10s cure and 1s off). This stuff is SUPER tough and had no smell compared to all the other resins I've used. It really is like nylon. Thin parts are flexible, thicker parts are strong and only yield a little. I'll post pictures soon but it's a glossy black so it won't photograph well.

Having this issue now where the "workboard" doesnt show up. Tried restarting computer, re-installing software and even upgrading to the new slicer but still nothing. Any ideas? It wont let me load anything to make it appear. Thanks.
