2nd print, well 3rd actually. I tried last night and it didn't stick to the plate. Wasn't the leveling or times, for some reason b9 and slicer put it slightly above the build plate. Re supportred it and I think it came out pretty good. I'll post again after I paint it with a comparison with the same print on my fdm printer. All in all I'm loving this printer.

Does leaving print sitting in ipa for an extended period of time hurt the print? I was cleaning the print of in an ultra sonic cleaner and forgot about them for like 4 hours. Came back and they are very soft like rubber. Softer than when I took them off the print bed. But they are hardening up when put into uv chamber

I don’t think it’s the heat, I’m thinking it’s the humidity.

Well the first print seemed to be AWESOME! This group made it easy to level the platform and trouble shoot, was concerned as a few members have had issues with screen and wavey prints...

May encounter them later...but for now, I just tested the default file and was only told how long it would take once I pressed play, I assume once I slice my own models the program would tell me ahead of the print? Was just taken back when it was 6 hours! And in future would be good to time the print as I like to have it going over night!

I made this video for the Moai, and I'm not sure if any of these steps would be uselful for the Anycubic since it uses film, but here it is. I hope it's useful for someone. Feel free to link and share:

I need to ask a favor of a volunteer. If someone has a test print or failed print in Monocure white, grey or gunmetal that you don't mind offering up to science, I need a quick experiment done. Could you try and heat/hold it at 150F/66C for about one hour and see how it is affected? General observations will do. Does it destroy it? Weaken it noticeably, etc.? You will have my eternal appreciation.

Buenas. a ver si me podéis orientar.

I just downloaded and installed ChiTu slicer. I noticed that it will only save to it's own suffix. My Photon did not allow me to open the file. I then reran it in ChiTu and saved as Name.photon.cbddlp. I then deleted the .cbddlp from the string and resaved it. I am now printing that file. It seems to be ok so far. Is this what everyone else is doing to make ChiTu work with the Photon? Or is there a better new fangled method? I wonder what the difference is between the two slicers.

Ok i can't keep quiet on this any more the 3D okay resins especially the grey are a waste of time and money I have tried every trick in the book to help others get a good print out of this crappy resin and as soon as they swap to a good resin brand BOOM perfect prints.

DO NOT WASTE your money and time on 3D okay it's total ass gravy as a printing resin for the Photon.

And I will say it until they change the formula and send me a gallon to test.

This post is based on 4 different printers from four different countries with resin bought at different times over the course of the last two months, so it's not a batch issue. It's just crap resin.
