Does Customer Support work at all? I sent couple of emails to them both through my mail and through the form in their website and I had no response.I would like to have my printer replaced. I shouldn´t be trying myself to fix the wavy surface problem. It is quite pathetic to buy a 450€ product, brand new, and to be opening it up once and again to try to fix it without having a clue of what I am doing. If somebody from Anycubic is reading this, please send me a message and let´s find a solution. So disappointed.

Hello all, thanks for the add.

New to 3D printing, although I've been designing for 4 yrs. I'm currently on the fence about purchasing one of these printers due to the level of detail required by 1/160 modeling. Has anyone had success with fine details?

Please let me know.

Thanks for letting me be a part of the group. I've had my Photon for 3 days and have only gotten about 3 prints done. All are looking great. Except I think I the spot where support contacts the print are what my wife refers to a 'Nubtactular'.

I assume I need to make the support contacts smaller and use maybe less supports? An Xacto knife and my needle files seems to do the trick in cleaning it up. I am just looking for advice to lessen the amount of support nubs.

Also after curing the 3 prints I did I noticed in the corners and recesses the print has a bit of white now (as opposed to the green/teal of the starter resin) If this because IPA was still on the print when I stuck it inside my UV lamp for cure?
