Maybe someone will be useful. The best and most effective way to remove models from the platform without damage. I use the razor blade when I print directly on the platform and for small fragile models with supports.

Anyone experience photon just stopping a print and going back to main screen? Like the controller just restarted itself? I wasn’t near it when it happened but prolly 3hrs into a 5hr print I come back and photon is at the main screen and platform was sitting at the top of the lift arc

Anyone ever spill any resin into their machine? This morning I filled my vat and was going to print something but I had to run out and do something for the wife before I could transfer the file to start printing. A hour later I got home and transferred the file to the USB stick and went to print. Before I plug the power up I look inside and that's when I seen it leaked. Any advice on how I should clean it? I cleaned off the LCD screen already it leaked on the right side. In the picture you can see resin around the fan and around the right vat holder.

Hey people! I am wondering why i suddenly can lower the exposure time from 18 seconds to 13 seconds using black Wanhao resin. Is it due to the higher room temperature? Due to the model being more solid? It is because i'm using the last resin of the bottle which may have more pigments? Or is my UV light source suddenly thinking it's time to do it's best? ? ?

Question about long term maintenance...

Anything that is mechanical or has electronics will eventually have a failure, I know that and accept it. I've seen videos/comments of some people saying SLA printers are higher maintenance than an FDM printer (but the person in the video also seems to be more of an FDM person anyway). On the flip side I have read way more issues with FDM printers simply due to they have more moving parts.

Anyway, what are the typical repair items for the Photon and are replacement parts easy to get? What is the typical life of the LCD panel and UV light source and are they easy to replace?

Does anybody have experimented with the Anycubic Gray resin settings?
There is no info about it in the shared doc.

Hey, guys hi! I need help. I failed ma first 4 attempts due the fact that the resin did not sticks to the tray. I changed the settings of the resin, and now it looks like it’s working. But every time the tray changes layer, moving up, the printer produces a strange drum noise, as if the resin was sticking to the vat, and then it detaches from it. when there is this sound, The tray shakes visibly. What can I do?
