Hey guys, contacted support attached is their response. I’d like some one to confirm my understanding...

They say don’t turn it on but as far as I know you can’t see dead pixels if the display is off... I clearly have a set of pixels that are black which should be purple when testing UV exposure. I don’t see removing the top cover as necessary to check this, however I thought the LCD was exposed it appears it’s a tempered protector. Is this a feature in the latest revision?

How can we stop the prints dropping to the raft it's driving me MAD I load the stl then go to support and put a raft in then i do my supports then i swap back to the slicing page and the bloody thing drops it's like the whole middle part of the supports i put in vanish!!! what the hell is wrong with what I am doing???

Oh and it does exactly the the same with NO raft too!!!

I did not get adhesion to the print ped. The bottom of the test print cube was stuck the thw fep(thw round stand part). What did I do wrong?

Can I cancel a print, clean the build plate and start another? This test cube is 5 hours, almost 6. Im goingnto be printing much smaller items.
