So, now that you have your Photon, what will you be using your FDM printer(s) for?

I'm astonished by Photon's print quality, but there are some larger or less-detailed prints I'd like to make without spending expensive resin on; I'm thinking about adding an Anycubic i3 Mega to my printing family.

Great. Got a notice that the printer will arrive today. Yay, right? Well, got another message an hour later saying that they (dhl) were unable to deliver as no one was here to accept it and I'll need to choose another day for the delivery. Here's the thing: no one came by! I think the delivery guy must have been a ghost. The wait continues ?

Almost out of resin. Trying to find the same resin that Anycubic sent. No luck. What does everyone recommend?

So last night's 1st print was a bust ? but I think it's main cause was the test cube on my stick was corrupt so I downloaded a new one and just restarted the print hence the full screen layer. Bright side if measure that thin layer it seems pretty even thickness so guess my build plate is level ? ??

If, when you go to choose a file to print on the Photon, it is outlined in red, stop. After printing the .photon file 7 times perfectly, the 8th just stopped at around 89%.

I went to restart the print after cleaning up and noticed the "redness". So I pulled the USB stick out to check the Photon file out in the slicer. It wouldn't open; "Invalid Argument" was the error message.

Looked at the USB stick in explorer and the file was 0kb. Tried to delete it, wouldn't delete. Formatted the USB stick, re sliced and put it back into the Photon. No more red and it printed fine.

For those who interested to change the panel. I tried all these color using 405nm light. Only these 4 colors works ( green, yellow, red and orange)

Do any of you open the door while printing to get a look, or does that risk upsetting the print accuracy?
