Here’s a question for everyone. How often does everyone set the level on on their printer? Every print? Because i can’t help but check it every time. I was wondering if I’m just wearing everything out, or just over thinking everything like i usually do..

Wich one is the good choice to get same height on default anycubic sheet? I guess if more or less height it'll need to re-bed levelling...

Is there any method in which you can estimate the ml of resin that a certain print may take? I know that the PreForm software by FormLabs can do it but I do not know how accurate it is in terms of DLP printers.

Hi everyone,
I am currently running a fairly successful 3D printing service in my area and am looking to expand a little by purchasing a DLP printer and right now, the AnyCubic is taking the cake (over the Wanhao D7) but as with any business purchase, I need to be sure that I will be able to actually do something with it in a business sense.

So my question to those who offer their printers as a service, what do you normally print for customers on your Photon? Is it worth it to you? What prices do you usually charge, let's say for a 20mm x 20mm x 20mm cube (I would like to compare).

Sell me on it.

Thai Budha - Monocure rapid grey - .Settings in last picture.
Some white spots, I think it's due to IPA not dried before UV curing.
