基本上拉絲是回抽太慢

看起來中間有幾次出料不順...
再印慢一點或是拉高一點溫度看看?
減少回抽距離..

出料不太順 要檢查一下你進料齒輪的安裝，對照一下步驟E01吧

找了老半天... 原來叫磨刻機... 挑選中... 是用來處理支架和外觀平整用途的嗎?

可以考慮吹風機加肌肉冷卻劑，先吹稍微有點溫度再冷卻，這樣會因為溫差而底部比較好拆

轉速不用選太高或是可控段數的
避免PLA還沒磨到你要的樣子就先融化了
基本上很多模型玩家都會人手一支
要清支撐架要鑽孔或是要拋光都方便

我的有熱床，在還有點餘溫（比室溫稍高）的時候用冷卻劑輕輕噴一下還蠻好脫離的（我噴的位置是物件跟熱床交界），或是再升溫一次熱床，然後冷卻時用電扇吹也可以，至於物件上的支撐架就真的要用小蜜蜂了。轉速不要高，以免摩擦高溫東西熔掉

1. Is the fan still working as expected? the back fan for cooling the coldend should be always working.

Yes its always working

2. check your extruder motor, maybe need some brush for the geer tooth. or check everything on extruder motor.
BTW, check if hotend could extrude under slower speed, maybe need a review about current print speed, retract setting.

Also check your filament reel to make sure filament is not wound too tightly on the reel. If the filament gets stuck because it is overlapped the extruder cannot feed properly.

I had this problem with one reel and had to re-wind it on to another emprty reel.

The ATOM starts always fine, but after several layers stops pushing material, I check by hand and the filament is not moving, I helped it hard with the hand but it cannot go further, I opened all the extruder motor components and clean them well, everithing looks fine, but after a while it gets stucked.

BTW the small 12v fan that it´s on the back of the printer head is allways ON (as it should because it´s conected directly to 12v) but the other 2 blowers NEVER worked in our printer, is it fine? (This cannot be the issue because I never see them working and until this week the machine worked flawlessly) just curious about those two blowers...

Check that your normal feeding mechanism

The feeding mechanism is ok, checked several times, I think the hotend gets stucked sometimes after 30 or so minutes printing. I will try with a complete new PLA, maybe moisture has affected the ones I tried, making them sligthly bigger and causing problems.

You can try to rise temp or reduce speed if filament went well in the beginning then got stuck after a while. I thought that might be amount imbalance between input and output (input>output). If you print a small part the imbalance may not be a problem. However if print in a long time this imbalance will fold the filament somewhere then got stuck.

I printed a small part (3x1x1 cm cuboid) with elastic filament and it went very well. Then I tried to print a 3x3x3 cm cuboid with the same parameters but it always stucked at certain height. After I rose temp the problem was solved.

因為你的圖會吃很多記憶體..警告而已..
還有你的機器有16G 所以可以去 Misc把ram warning設定高一點
不過實際上你這圖的需求是423G也太大... …… 查看更多
