材料商有建議溫度嗎

PLA通常是185左右，你那個是真的混木粉的線材嗎？還是只是染色的啊

改用孔徑大一點的噴頭試試看

應是混木粉的沒錯,表面粗糙且較脆,和我們用的光滑較有彈性pla不同

謝謝ANDY,我倒是覺得牽絲還好,我印第一個時效果還可以(圖),結果接下來就不斷出現暏料問題了

感謝大家,的確是溫度的問題,溫度調高到215左右,因開側吹風扇會降低約20~30度(不開又會嚴重影響品質),所以溫度能保持在190~195左右應該就OK;之前的暏料應是印到後來溫度過低;接著,回抽距離與速度調低,因為太脆了,以致於幾次線材都在擠出端"擠住"了,測了幾天,這隻亂畫的小狗(學史努比畫的)終於情況好多了...話說回來,ZBRUSH的動態網格DYNAMESH真的是太神奇了...建模,感覺就像在畫畫一般啊!感謝大家幫忙

Interesting part ? . This board is basically connected between your controller board and the stepper motors. So from the board to one side and out the other side and connect the stepper motor

This is a photo of an Atom2 controller board with one of the stepper motor controllers removed from it's socket. Does the Aliexpress part replace the stepper motor controller? Or is it supposed to fit into the 4-pin stepper motor connector socket next to the controller? It doesn't look like the ALiexpress part has any way to connect it to anything, either input or output.

After looking more carefully at the Aliexpress web page it seems like all that is needed is a 4-pin "gender changer"/female-female connector that would go between the motherboard's 4-pin stepper motor socket and the 4-pin connector from the stepper motor itself.

So now - how to identify an appropriate gender changer?

Actually that board does not replace the driver. Instead you need to get another stepper cable extension to plug to the controller board to the module. Then the other side of the module to connect the stepper motor. So if ordering the board need to order a set of stepper motor wires as well.

This is the closest thing I found that can connect the Aliexpress part between the Atom2 motherboard stepper motor sockets and the steppermotor cables.
