遇到大型物件變形的問題
想要進行校正
看到有人分享這個

各位前輩以付上完整圖案,參數也照手冊來設定
印的檔案表面會不平整層之間有小隙縫

出料不順溫度設定也比較高一點有可能是喉管
不是喉管的話就是擠料的問題(擠料輪有沒有對證、馬達驅動晶片電壓)

1. 回抽太高, 容易造成風險, 建議小於6mm. 實際上你這東西不開回抽也沒關係.

2. bed roughness 0.25 有點誇張,因為都比層厚大了, 一般來說基本的誤差 G29 可以修正了, 剩餘的小誤差至少不該大於層厚,不然你打底會很有問題. …… 查看更多

WiggleLamp7

This looks like WiggleLamp6 but uses totally different geometry. The lamp has 2 surfaces: inside & outside. Only the outside surface has wiggles; the inside is round. This speeds up printing quite a bit and also results in less infill between the 2 surfaces.

I used Craftware to slice this, but if you use Simplify3D an option to speed up printing even more is to use 2 processes - one for the base and one for the wiggly part. For the wiggly part specify "Merge all outlines into a single solid model" and start it at Z = 9.00 mm.
