what is effector ?

effector = the printhead, also called end effector

i never noticed that - seems to me since it's round so it dosent matter

The Z-stop adjusting screw should be in the front of the printer as you face it. What I noticed was your main fan looks totally different from the one in my printer. And your print head fram looks silver instead of black.

it is the new one from Atom - you can order it too from them

i will try to rotate the adjusting screw 180^ and post if it makes any difference - i am using it like that since the begining

Turning the print head around won't make a difference - but it does make adjusting the screw a bit easier.

If you set your effector back to front.
The distance between two magnetic ball will be defferent.

wells liu - could it effect the print ?

Well, the printed size might be a little inaccurate.

Wells makes a good point - the distance between the steel balls on the rear side of the carrier is greater than the distance between them on the front side. So in theory this would make some sort of difference in the firmware's geometry calculations for positioning the head.

Strange, I never had any problems, and you can see my posts of really perfect prints , I will make a testing cube print tomorrow and post it here with both positions

The different between two distance isn't really big.
I think, if the printed model size bigger the inaccurate might be enlarged.

Me too - a most interesting test for sure.I'll also be interested to see if your printed cubes show the roughly 2% overall shrinkage 3D printed plastic parts are supposed to have.

Actually, after some thought about the actual geometry involved, it see ms to me the cube printed with the "backward" printhead would be off-square rather than symmetrically under or over sized. So I'd suggest measuring all 6 widths on each cube.

I thought the 150 was a typo - can the printer really move that fast and not drop steps?

yes but i normally print with 100X infill so maybe that is why it works

that small thing usually can't accelerate to that speed.
Besides that you can use gcode analyzer to check your gcode.
Slicer usually got other constraint, usually it's not slice to that speed either.

I also noticed that the slicer's (simplify3d)time for finishing the print is not accurate

哈哈,找好久,本來想用組合櫃,但尺寸都一直找不到,結果去特力屋,看到一個收納櫃,大小也剛好,就買回來裝裝看,接下來就是加強裡面的隔音效果,哪天不用了,也可以拿來當收納櫃 哈哈哈,品名是KETER塑鋼櫃~

機器底下裝吸震墊效果會更好

太棒了，可以解決50%噪音問題，
但是以我的經驗，這內容空間少了一點喔，
因為ATOM放完之後，要再裝入隔音棉(2cm)上面與四方，會不夠
還要有操作空間(塗口紅膠或者拔物件...)

我覺得回到根本就是ATOM至少出貨有幾個選擇套餐，
1. 噪音套餐
ATOM 2.0 零件
2. 減低噪音套餐
ATOM 2.0零件，改用2100，後風扇，主風扇，
我相信差價應該在1000元
參數建議與馬達預先改動
3. 靜音套餐
方案2+隔音箱與排風系統

這些應該都是商機與讓使用者依需求選擇
我相信大部分都不是放公司而且又不是住透天，
而是在自家玩的，怕影響自家人又怕吵到其他住戶

如果我們再加裝隔音棉及隔音膠條後，如果覺的東西是好的再請我的客戶報價要多少錢吧....!!

後面那個小風扇真的好吵... 是有什麼推薦的更換零件嗎?
