Hello atomists,
I had to change the inner extruder PTFE tube cause after 1 spool of filament it stopped printing.... and 2 days later, it stopped printing again...the picture shows how the filament looks when I unload it. I'm starting to get upset if I have to change the inner PTFE tube every time I need to print something important or difficult, mostly because I don't have more PTFE tube and I need the machine working...Maybe this is an important problem in the extruder

If your inner PTFE tube is not too short, broken or sticky/black.
Somtimes it's not necessary to change. It should not too short to moving inside. …… 查看更多

Ok I have solve it, instead lowering temperature I set a higher temperature 220°C for this PLA and a have print a lot of things without problems since then; I supposed we have to be very careful with the temperature of different filaments in order to not ooze the extruder ptfe

請教各位高手，PLA列印件除了砂紙打磨，補土噴漆外，還有什麼更好的方式使表面平滑?
前陣子有看到丙蒸氣法，但是相對會導致細節不佳的情形。
還有網路上看過，但沒有實際看到成品的電蠟刀(利用加熱的工具修模)及淘寶上看到的修模液體(類似補土漆的概念，將表面線條填補起來)
這兩種方式是感覺還不錯的，請教各位高手還有什麼妙招?

列印角度+最小層高+最佳設定，這樣的列印成果噴完補土磨平後應該就很漂亮了！

perhaps sharing your slicer settings would be helpful! My guess is that it does not have enough time to cool down, try printing 2 at the same time?

In this case, your machine will prime/suck all the time, maybe try suck more than prime, such as suck 6.1 and prime 6.0

剛剛想說去逛一下官方論壇找個檔案, 嗯...
都被茶訊淹沒了, 看起來真的沒人在顧了 =.=.
這樣官方是不是有考慮是要整頓還是關閉哩?
話說... 有人知道 ATOM 2.0 的頂蓋官方檔哪裡找得到呢?
我到現在還是空在那裡...
想說把它蓋起來好了, 感謝 :D

請教大家. 我遇到了二個問題. 第一個是我的噴頭平台組好了. 但是噴頭的二個3.5風扇沒有辦法跟我的z軸線組接. 原因是. atom付的紅黑的延長線兩邊的頭是一樣的. 接噴頭的時候okay, 因為頭剛好一公一母. 可以接. 但接在z軸線組時2個頭都一樣的. 接不起來. 以下二張照片做說明.
第二個問題是我的z軸組軸在底頭的二條紅和二條黑不見了. 我看了線組中間段, 二條紅和黑都還在. 但在底部不見了. 沒辦法和電路版接. 是不是縮進去了. 我可以切開綁線組的膠帶, 拉出來嗎.
