I am trying to dial in a new Photon S and while some prints are coming out fine - other prints on the same plate are failing to print at the extremities (producing a ‘flat’ print).

Is this bad levelling of the plate? Poor supports (I am using plenty of supports but only light ones)? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I am printing with Monocure Rapid Clear (I have primed the print in the pic). Setting are Layer Thick: 05mm, NET: 8, Off-Time: 1, BET: 60, BL: 4, Z Lift: 6mm, Z Lift S: 3, Z Retract: 3, AL: 1

How low can you go temp wise when resin printing? My resin and printer are in my garage where daytime temps are currently between 4-10 degrees Celsius and nighttime gets to around -4 to 0. Getting lots of failed prints at the moment and after trying many fixes I am wondering if it is just too cold? Using Monocure rapid resin.

Biggest attempted print to date. Came out pretty well, but one tyre failed to print and I got some curling on the roof pieces. Any advice on how to fix (using monocure rapid grey resin. Settings below. Also used hollow with a wall thickness of 1.5mm).

Printing: good. Support removal: disaster. Lost the barrels on both these prints. Any tips or tricks on removing supports other than doing it while the print is soft? I am using model clipper.

Off to a bad start. Tied to print the test cube, but must have got the leveling wrong because the plate kept raising and lowering and the print never went past 1%. So stopped print and tried to drain bath, but resin set on the FEP and the side of the bath as I tried to drain it and I found a circle had printed on the FEP. Lost at least half of the resin to setting.

Any advice before I try another print? Also, any way to remove resin from the FEP (already had to replace one as I damaged the original when levelling). Finally - any levelling tips. I followed the anycubic video so not sure where I went wrong?
