I had hoped I placed my IPA order before the panic, but I just got this from my UK supplier when I asked why tracking had not updated in over a week :
“Hello,
We are certain you will be aware of the Global Coronavirus situation. With this in mind we have received unprecedented orders for IPA, over ten times our normal volumes in one day. We have delisted on all channels whilst we deal with the backlog.
At present we are behind with dispatching orders, and have brought in more staff to try and deal with this as soon as possible. We do have raw material stock and have much more on order.
All orders will be honoured, however it will be a few days later than expected. Please continue to track with couriers information previously emailed to you.
Thank you for your business and your patience with us as this very busy time.
