Hollow the model before positioning on the print bed, or after, or does it not matter?

Anyone have a fix for the white film that appears post curing? I did 3 or 4 IPA rinses while scrubbing gently with a toothbrush, followed by water rinse with more light brushing, and then finally cured under water with a 30 watt UV light. Models are turning out good, but the white film is annoying... suggestions?

Thanks to everyone who helped me figure out my problem with failed prints... I'm guessing it may be related to temperature as I print in the basement man cave... anyway, upping the layer time to 60s seems to have worked, and I even lowered the supports to medium in ChituBox

Is it possible to get the settings off the 'PHOTON' test file that came with the printer? The test file printed great, but my other attempts seemed to have stuck to the FEP, so definitely user error. I tried with ChituBox - I believe I used 50s on 8 bottom layers, and then 8 or 10s for the other layers. I did use thin supports, maybe that was part of the problem?

Just ordered a Photon... any immediate mods I should consider? This is my first resin printer, have two FDM currently (TronXY X5SA & Tevo Tornado), and two in the past (Monoprice Maker Select & Mini Fabrikator)
