Is there a way to make the first layers thicker to help with adhesion?

Like printing a mini and the support raft be .05 and then the rest .02

I need to print out a ton of 3mm flat tokens. What is the maxiumum layer thickness and settings for the layers so i can decrease the print time per batch. Thanks

Tried chitubox and this is the first time the print actually printed. But there are these parallel lines throughout the whole piece. I thought it might be layers but they are at different angles.

This is the second attempt. This one worked better than the last but for some reason a side of supports isn't printing, but the raft is and so is the model.
