So I just changed my lcd for the first time on my Photon S. But now the surface of the glass is lower than before. It doesnt quite come up to the flat surface of metal floor.

I put some capton tape around the edge, and the inside edge still has most of the sticky tape.
Ieveled the bed. But Im worried about if its going to work with the glass lowered.

So you spend a bunch of time carefully placing supports, making sure to move some far enough away from the model to make sure it doesn’t touch. But then you print the model and those supports that shouldn’t be touching...are.

What do you think causes that? Is it poor translation from the slicer to reality? Or are there setting that I’m getting wrong?

Do you think this will work?
Using translucent Siraya Blu resin
The model is a supportless miniature. But if I place it directly on the buildplate it will create massive suction.
This orientation puts most all the supports on the bottom and lifts it for vent

I’m using Anycubic Aqua Blue right now on my Photon S.
50 micron layers @ 9 Exposure

I really feel like I should be getting better details this Resin seems to swell the details

Is there a reason for that?
Anyone have the same experience?

Using Anycubic Aqua Blue resin on my Photon S.

It seems to be....slightly swollen in the details. Not horribly misshapen, but something seems off. And supports that should be not touching the model in places it’s not supposed to....do.

I’m using 9s exp

What is this signifying?

Chitubox frustration:

Spent an hour setting supports on a model. Cloned another, and spun them around.
Next thing I notice is that the model came off the Supports. Can’t put the model back on.

How the heck does that even happen?
