Hey folks, Can I get some recommendations on a Photo resin with somewhat flexible properties? I need to make some flimsy parts that will likely get squeezed a bit from time to time, and they need to stand up to the abuse.

Up until now I've used Elegoo Gray, Elegoo Black and Siraya Fast Gray, all of which are good but pretty brittle for handling. What can I try that will give me something like Delrin (Engineering plastic)?

Where are you people finding replacement LCDs for $20? Lowest price I can find is about $37.

I don't need one - yet - but thought it would be a good idea to pick up a spare part if I could get one reasonably cheap.

So I bought all the parts for the printer heater, printing the housing for it now on my FDM printer. Hoping this helps my printing, which I normally do in a room about 19-20* C.

Tonight's print. About 22 mm tall. Need to adjust the back a little more, maybe also set the exposure down another notch. Siraya fast gray resin, 8 sec exposure.

So this is the result of my 18 hour print. The best face is the bottom end (wrt printing position) which is nearly perfect. The 'good' side has lots of scarring from poorly placed supports and what looks like chunks spalled out where the supports were too close. The bad side has no spalling but is heavuly scarred. The bad end shows how I've been having issues with pooling on flattish surfaces under the print bed.

Replaced my FEP today for the second time in two days (REALLY screwed up the first time). Got a print going now but i think the tension is too high. We'll see in a few hours.

Been reading a little about heaters installed into Photon printers. Does heating the resin and build area actually help make better prints? Im ok with spending the money and making the effort it it will help.
