Is it possible to reduce the mechanical noise when the build plate is moving down?

To me the sound is not very loud, but my downstairs neighbors have complained that it sounds like a mobile vibrating every 8 seconds. I have added some cloth under the machine, but that didn't help much.
It is a brand new Photon S and I am running the latest firmware.

Any suggestions? I would like to be able to run prints over night.

POST-PROCESSING

I am about to finish my second print and need some general advice on the post-processing. I am using the standard green Anycubic resin and on my first print I had some white areas that I would like to get rid off on all future prints.
How long should I leave the print in Isopropyl Alcohol (99%)?
How long should it stay in soap water?
How long do you usually leave it to dry before starting to cure?
How long should it cure? I am using the IKEA based curing station with a led strip that has 300 lights with 395-400nm.

Any advice is highly appreciated ?

HOW TOXIC IS CURED RESIN?

I have been looking through previous threads about the toxicity of cured resin and often the answers have been contradictive. Is it safe to produce products that will be in contact with skin e.g. Jewelry? Does it need a warning on the product if it is sold in a store?
