Well, how im i supposed to interprete a nearly invisible exposure test... Not enough Time? All are pretty empty, and the total thickness is less than a milimeter

It's likely the wrong base exposure times for your resin then. Try adding a little time to it all and see if it makes a difference

Did you wash and cure it? I find taking it off the plate can make it easier to read too. That said clear resins don't work as well with the exposure test too

well, it's a rapid resin, said 5-15 sec on the box, (and i used the same resin in red with awesome results, it's eleego abs like translucent), so i'm a bit confused

Ðam's Voué light transfers through different pigments at different rates. Clear doesn't absorb as much as quickly

Jason Willis so i should try more than 20 sec then? it's weird, i used 5 sec on the red translucent, and this one should have same (according to eleego) settings, maybe my z=0 is too low? and i have not enough room?

Ðam's Voué z=0 to low would only limit you on the base portion of the build. The rest should print normally when you get farther in or it would be stuck to the fep.

What are your base times set to? What was the rest of the prints exposure time?

yeah, still nearly invisible, but i can see the "timer" on each, i'm confused because it's supposed to be 5-15 sec, and the test run 2-20is this supposed to be that thin?

Err the numbers go from 1-10, and you double the numbers to get the time (eg column 1 is 2 seconds, column 7 is 14 seconds). What's the name of the file you printed?

i used the test from this group, and since it's a rapid resin i used the rapid resin test; base 100 sec, 20 micron 2-20 sec

Yeah that file is what I was describing. Not sure where you got the idea it was meant to be 5-15s from? The 2s to 20s is what the 2-20 means in the filename.

the fact is, few month ago i did lot of awesomes prints, different kind of size and type of prints, i made a pause for 2 month (had a lot to do, and somes paints) and now, nothing work anymore.. i failed 20 prints in a week, with weird somes supports breaking in the middle or stopping at the end of support, with the print don't attached to it (but only on somes randoms supports) so i try another bottle of resin, in case for some reason my resin is corrupted, but i can't even get a good exposure test...

since all my problems were only bed leveling, and finding the good exposure time, i don't have much experience in problems resolutions, and i need help from people with more knowledge

Now i don't get it, supports fails in the middle.... And sommes fails the exact moment they should be attached to print, but not everytime, can it be corrupted bottle? It was keept under 20°, no UV, but oppened 2 month ago (and i didn't print with for this period) i don't remember issues with this resin before that

somes work perfectly, and somes just don't attach the print, the raft and the supports attached to the raft are ok, the structure seem's to be ok, but somes supports just don't work (and few stop in the middle...)

Wes Shawshank Crain yes i've done more than 60 mini with this resin, and some with the same bottle already, i tryed on the 2 last try to use the "Big" supports (in case my resin is just brittle for an unknown reason) and this wasn't the solution obviously

Stuart Johnson if you talk about the space between the raft and the bed, there isn't any, it's the translusence, raft is well attached to the bed( 3 more try today, still not working, tryed with chitubox ou prusaslicer supports, for tonight i try a new bottle of resin, because that's the last thing i can try tbh)

4 prints in a row failed, leveled the bed each time, i have prints only on the corners, on the last print the raft was thinner in the center (and everything failed), so i guess i have to change my FEp, since i can't thight it anymore, and it has somes marks (i can feel them with my finger, that's not only cloudish), what should i look for on amazon?

If there's no hole you don't need to change the FEP. It can get pretty darn cloudy and marked before needing a change. What are your exposure settings? It sounds like your base layers might be too low

Here we can see the thinner raft in the center, i had all my raft printer, and most of it attached to the bed, but the supports failed on different levels, i don't really understand what's happening tbh

The thin part is because there is not enough time on large prints for the resin to flow from the edges to the center when the bed raises. You can try increasing the raise distance or give it a pause and temperature plays a role here.

Does that look like supports issues ? All 4 corners are perfect, all others parts failed... Maybe fep tension ? What else could it be?

the problem is that i already printed 60ish miniatures, i make a pause to paint, and now everything is trash, i obviously leveled the bed between each failed print, i'm currently testing soething, i heard the good old succion sound, that's already a good point, i'll see in 9 hours if my screamers are fines

Tryed Big and middle supports in chitubox, and supports with prusaslicer, all little things print, but i don't understand, i'm sure this is supports problem, since supports print correctly, but the print don't attach to it, what else Can it ne? I've printed dozens on mini with same or little supports without issue, and now i'm stuck with fails...

So, i Guess the 6 second (collumn 3) is good, but what's the meaning of the "clear" zone is the center? (Sorry for sun reflection, but with this transparent resin it's invisible otherwise)

The first guy had his feets melted to the raft, the second one didn't get a raft (but printed perfectly) i got somes accessoires where 5 mm down disapeard in bed, and others perfectly fine. All that on the same print, and with no logic placement (the one without raft was at centre, the one without feet in a corner and the 3 backpacks was separated) so i have to ask, wth is going on here ?

i need some help, i've bought my second resin (Elegoo res transparent) and tryed my first print, the bed is correctly leveled (i've did it just before the print) but it didn't snap to the bed, it was snap to the FEP, i think it's the settings, so here a pic of what i did, i obviously missed something (yes i checked the google doc, line 78)

I've read contradictory things about IPA and curing, i'm pretty sure that's not good to bath resin in IPA for 30h, but what's the limit? I often let my miniatures for 60-120 minutes (because i'm working with kids and don't want to take risks) in their bath, or in UV lamp, should i let them in a dark place and clean/cure later?
