I have my first real problem with my Photon OG. I've had numerous prints working just fine before this. Including both 2hr and 18hr print jobs.

When I start the print the build plate tries to go lower then home. It keeps getting pushed and there is a vibration sound. It stops when I hit the stop button.

I've rehomed it using the paper method and gone back to print a STL that completed successfully previously. I get the same noise. I've tried searching the group, but nothing seems to come close

Any ideas?

Any additional info I should provide?

Newbie question here. How much resin fits the the vat? If I have a print that is 70ML will I have to refill the vat during the print?

If I set my layer height to 0.0001 a value I know the screw and motor can't be accurate to, what happens to my print? Will my print end up being overly elongated because the screw will go it's minimum distance and then do the next layer? Or will it skip to the next layer in the program at the minimum screw distance?

Hope that question makes sense.
