I’ve searched the posts and didn’t really find an explanation why layer separation is happening.

I just purchased a Photon S, to add another resin printer having a Photon for about a year.

I’ve never had this problem on my normal Photon which prints pretty well.

First print I get massive layer separation of the base. Great adhesion of the first 4-5 layers, and then layer 6’ish separated about 50% of the total print, slowly getting worse.

Any reason this is happening? Increase bottom layers to equal layer height of the base?

So I'm trying to run the photonsters resin test and its printing the base layers just fine but the test itself is sticking to my FEP. What am I doing wrong? FEP is nicely taut and the plate is leveled to a piece of paper (I can pull it out but not press it in)
