I've got a strange one happening on my Photon S with 5.0.2 fw. This print is a 0.03mm layer print with 4s normal exposure, but the printer seems to hang during exposure. (actually exposes 30s with the lamp on- I can see the light, and the touchscreen becomes unresponsive)
Despite that, the print appears to be going fine as far as I can tell by pausing and looking at it, but maybe it's overexposed.

What do you think? Firmware? USB drive? Its a month-old 8gb SanDisk which has been doing well so far, so I think it's firmware.

Looked to me like people were having trouble calculating quote prices when providing 3d printing as a commercial service, so I decided to post this.

This is a worksheet with formulae I use to calculate a quote price for print jobs by taking all costs into account (resin costs, machine degradation, power) and multiplying it by a % profit value. It takes away the guilt and uncertainty so you're no longer thinking "Am I quoting way too much for this?", or "am I actually losing money on this, all things considered?"

Just plug in your material costs, amount of profit you want, and the slicer estimates, to get an amount to quote. More info in the document.

There are separate tabs for FDM and Resin.

I'm not an accountant by any means, so there may be mistakes, but this is what I use when I sell 3D prints. My FDM paid for itself a good few months ago and the Photon is on its way.
Let me know if there're any glaring issues.

Also, the costs are in my local currency but it can be changed very easily.

This is for the Photon S owners :)
I really liked the Photonsters XP test, so I rearranged it to work with the R_E_R_F of Photon S printers.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3973475

Compared to the original R_E_R_F, This lets you tune exposure times using less resin (9ml) in a shorter time (~12min), and gives you an output which is easier to read and store.

(This resin is Creality Skin. it tuned in at 5.5s)

Guys I have a Photon S which came with the ".PWS" firmware, I put supports in Chitubox and slice with photon workshop 2.0.23.

I have what I think are slicer issues.

It looks to me like Photon Workshop is putting "supports" (more like solid pieces) which I didn't ask for, during slicing. Most often they're annoying or break models, plugging vents and filling under the skate (These really print like this). Is there any way to stop it from doing that? I've tried playing around in the auto support settings, but to no avail.
