Super confused as to what just happened. Tried to print these trees, got some tooth picks. Vat was totally fine, no failed print in it. Screen test was good. Did my machine just glitch?

dear Community, I printed this with following settings.
Why is it making an eggshape on top???
it should be round like the bottom and the right side (its on the photo not good to see) its a little bit flat not curved - on the right side was the support....
should I print it in an angle X that the eggshape does not happen?
bottom all other shapes are perfect just the nipple is an egg ? ? .why?

I am not sure of the print settings on the photo I might changed the off time to 5 an normal exposure to 12?
But I am not sure.. I cannot check, at the moment I am at work. but I will update as soon I am at home...

I don't have access to isopropyl alcohol locally, is metholated spirits a good substitute or should I order some online, I'd rather shop locally.
*****The ONLY isopropyl alcohol locally is a small fin must spray bottle that's $12 for 100ml. ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL IS NOT STOCKED IN MY LOCAL STORES

Ugh.. My head hurts, I want to combine two STL files into one for printing but i cant get straight edges to line up how i want them to. Does any one have any suggestions on software that can accomplish this with relative ease.
