My prints are coming out fine but there is consistently some junk in the vat afterwards and attached to the fep that I remove each time. Usually people say stuff stuck to the vat causes print failures. The prints are fine just curious if extra junk and bits stuck to the fep is normal. I just have to clear it out after each print to avoid it sticking to the next one.

Can doing a solid print versus a thin shell lead to the thin line that cuts through the entire model? Otherwise it came out basically perfect except for support removal nicks.

I have some neat keychain ideas for a couple car/motorcycle groups I am familiar with. I attempted to cast some with pewter using a high temp silicone but I am having trouble making them look good. Does anyone have any tips or, even better, a resin that isn't brittle after curing? That way I could just print them and not have to attempt the casting part.
