Looking for a bit of advice on an issue. I replaced the LCD in my photon and started getting a "T_100 L_40" error. I tried to update the firmware and printed the .bin file. I am still getting the error though. Any help would be appreciated.

This was morning after a print... The print itself looks thick and goopy... And there's something on the bottom of the vat.. Everything was cleaned before this print.... Never used a gray before any reason for this.. It was given a good shake before print too

Hi all.

I have this problem, the base remains flattened.

why?

I calibrated the base several times, with 1 sheet and I also tried to calibrate with 2 sheets but the result does not change.

Hello!
What is the relation between layer height and exposure time (if any...)?
I assume the thinner layers need less time to be lighted. Is it correct?
If 0,05mm layers need eg. 10 sec, will 0,02mm layers need 4sec?

Sorry for the long post.

I finally got my Photon S and tried to do my first two prints which both failed(Cube).

I'll post the pictures and try to maybe say what I think they could be. I don't have experience with 3D Printing and know I will only learn by doing and making the mistakes.

*** 1st Print ***
I think maybe what happened here was from me not shielding the printer from the sun well enough. It wasn't in direct sunlight but enough maybe bounced around and in.

Also when I was cleaning the FEP after this I noticed a really thin layer which I thought was resin but could be that protective layer that new FEP films come with.

When I first poured the resin I did shake it quite hard so there was quite a lot of bubbles so maybe a bubble in the wrong place?

*** 2nd Print ***
So this one almost came out right except for what you can see. Not too sure what happened here I covered the printer with the box it came with, But I did sneak a couple of peeks here and there.

I shook the bottle a bit less this time and there were still a bit of bubbles but not as much as the first time.

Not too sure what I could do. I just straight plugged in the USB and tried to print didn't tweak any settings. Maybe I need to level the bed again?
