For those with a messy desk, or not sure what to use for holding that IPA or mean green, here is my £15 wash station using an IKEA foldable dinner tray (£7) and two IKEA sealable containers (£3 - polypropylene)

Cut a couple of holes and then designed and printed out two inserts to line the holes and ensure the containers sit at the same height.

Also, have some build plate dunk inserts (modelled around an Elegoo Mars build plate, but will work with others) that will allow me to lift the plate off and drop it straight in to each tank.

Hey Guys :)
After a long while my photon had a major malfunction last weekend. A lthough I applied an extra foil over the display, some resin found the way, under the display and in itself and cured there. Removing it without damaging it wasn't posiible. So, anyway ... I have a new display already and now I only need a new plate of acryl, which got damaged too.

So, when the whole machine is disassembled anyway, what is useful to replace now? The rail works fine in my photon. Perhaps more powerful LEDs? 翻譯年糕

I'm about to set up my Photon to print for the first time I will do the Flint Read method to level the plate but was wondering if I put Kapton tape all around the lcd screen if it will make the fep film be too high.
Do you guys did this and just go up only .3 mm or did you moved up the plate higher to counter the tape thickness?
Thanks can't wait to do a first print :)

PHOTON DO NOT LIKE NTFS OR extFAT FORMATS

Thanks for the help and sorry for my NOOB-NESS.

Turned on printer and no USB can be read. Several USB sticks tried. No luck.

Any thoughts?

After a first unsuccessful print of something off of thingaverse, which was a stone well, I went and printed the test file and it went well. I've gotten some great advise so far and I know there is a learning curb, but man this thing is awesome! My first print was not angled. My next will be and hopefully it works.
