Almost finished (still drying and a couple things to improve), this model was a PITA to get here.

First one with frame shearing issues, had to reprint 5 times to get it right, printed in Siraya Fast. But it is all worth it once you get a coat of paint on and it's finally looking nice! With all the bits, it's good to slow down and give it a the time it deserves.

Had an interesting error on a recent print, this model, supported in Chitubox and then sliced in the Photon slicer, despite hand verifying each layer, has what appears to be a single frame which misprints. Tried in Elegoo Gray and now in Siraya Tech Fast, never had an issue before with frame shearing (and had other successful no issue prints after), USB is a SanDisk with no issues noted. Model isn't hollow, but the cross section area isn't extreme here, nor does it looks like a typical suction issue. It is a rectangle larger than the build surface.

I'm thinking somehow the file might have some corruption, so I deleted from the USB, resliced using Chitubox, verified the layers in both Chitubox and Photons slicer, and am trying a reprint in Siraya Tech Fast. Releveled when I switched to the new resin last night.

However, figured I bounce it off the hive mind because it's the first such issue I've had.

Grooving on the Fast Resin though, way less fussy/issues than the Elegoo Gray thus far.

Starting to get Elegoo Grey dailed in. Might still need to increase the bottom layer exposure, 110 seconds x 8 and I'm seeing some corners peel up a bit.

Just got a 1/2 liter of Elegoo Gray. Shook well, cleaned the vat out of the remaining scraps of Anycubic Green, consulted the sheet, upped the exposures on a test print to 10x100 seconds for the bottom layers, .25 layers, 18 sec exposure, 6.5 off time.

That's like 3 times what I was running for the Anycubic Green, and two failed short tests. Supports were fully formed, but spongy/brittle/and fell apart at the lightest touch. Platform was tough, but not really as hard as the norm I am used to with the Green.

Sounds like way under exposure, but I'm starting to get past the recommendations. Thoughts?

Fresh off the printer last night. I'm constantly surprised at what this thing can create.

Printed in four pieces (torso, legs, feet x2), the torso is supposed to be hollow but apparently the vent holes sealed and I don't think I got all the resin out.
