Guys I have been struggling for days to get my prints to stick. Tried everything everyone recommended except sad build plate. Relevel a hundred times, change exposure times to 120 for base and still not stick. So as you can see after 15 min if sanding with 80 water sand paper and it's still not level. Eventually got it flat and now print sticks first time. So as you can see the outer edges were higher. Problem solved. Very happy

It crossed my mind today, but is it (or could it) be possible to print at a higher resolution for a portion of a print; then lower the resolution.
Basically, a part I print needs a high resolution, but the rear of the print doesn't.

Hi everybody, what am I doing wrong? There's something that I didn't understand, because the print miss the sharp edges, everything else it's fine but not the edges. Why? I'm sure it's my fault and I want to understand why. The parameters are from the Google sheet, layer is 0.5, the resin is the Anycubic grey and the orientation is 46°. Changed the FEP today and it was cake! nailing full build plate prints in the first shot! Used this little tuner to dial it in based on the old sheet by just clipping it to the side (which was a solid B intonation) I basically tuned it the same way I would do my drums mostly by ear because ive been playing since i was 5yrs old .. haha
Anyways.

I knew it was too good to be true, every print worked fine up to now, I think I’ve been luckier than some.

Does anyone know what would cause the FEP sheet to crease and deform like this? The top of the model (printed flat to the bed) has the same profile in it. Is the adhesion to the FEP too much? I’m using a Photon S with Wanhao Grey resin and settings from the Photonsters github document.

Fortunately for me the sheet didn’t rupture and leak resin onto the LCD.

Any advice appreciated, looks like I’ll be replacing the FEP sooner than expected. Has anyone used the Monocure FEP sheets on their photons? Monocure are a 20 minute drive from where I live so easy to get hold of.
