Interesting. The one on the left was in the sun all day the one on the right just an hour or two. I'm wanting to know a few things. What's curing time is needed for something 5mm thick solid resin (not hollow) and is there a white that stays white when exposed to the sun long term. Lithophanes for window sills won't be any good if the colour isn't stable long term. I can handle the slight sepia tone as long as it's consistent. Monocure rapid white resin.

I've been having trouble molding items printed with anycubic green, because the platinum cure silicone doesnt react well with it. I've tried sealing the items, but that ruins the polish.
Anyone know of a resin that does not react poorly to silicone? I really need to use clear silicone, so i cant just switch to tin cure (have heard of clear tin cure, but having looked it up i dont think i could have access to it, cant find much).

Bought 3 liters of anycubic maroon, one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. After searching the group it appears many have had issues with it.

I've started mixing it with some anycubic green, should it be 50/50 to get the best adhesion? I was still having issues with a 70/30 mix.

Hi, new member here. My Photon arrives on Friday.
I own an Ender 3 but decided I needed more fine detail.
My main printing subject is HO scale vehicles (trucks in particular) , any veteran print masters care to share their tips for this subject?
Also, being a big fan of Cura and it's print preview system, I'm after the nearest equivalent for the Photon. I've managed to download the Anycubic slicer and find the preview a bit difficult to read. Any slicer recommendations?

After over a year with my photon I did a complete strip and clean, some new settings and getting better than ever prints
Monocure rapid grey with maybe 10% flex mixed in
Auto supports with manual adds & deletes
Light supports at 55%
90s base
10s exposure
Washed in monocure resin away then in a sonic bath with resin away
Camera shows up support tips I couldn't see by eye (I'm getting old and blind) so will need to get decent magnifier and clean up those tips

Three month break in printing, a change in resin and a 10 celsius difference in ambient temperature. Didn't change settings, didn't recalibrate or anything and everything ran smoothly. Just a post to show it's not always that fiddly to work with the photon :)
