Does anybody have a measuring STL file that they use? I have a small one for miniatures, but it would be awesome to have one that shows the full size in Chitubox.

This 5 cm thing took 4 hours to print in AC plant based resin at 50 u, 12 sec, 25 C. There's not too much of the finest detail, but I quite like the result. Later I'll print the file supported in Meshmixer. The chemical smell was only barely perceptible, but I'd had the ventilation fan disconnected.

Okay, been lurking for a while. And now ready to start making the plunge, or at least putting my toe in the water.
Can the group provide me with a little bit of guidance.
I'm looking at a photon, and Beyond purchase of resin, what other Investments should I consider?
I already have ventilation in my workshop so I'm not worried about that aspect, although I've seen several people post about using 3M chemical cartridge filters ...

Hi guys ! Got my printer today but noticed this things on it, so the first is the FEP with a mark on it hard to see but it’s like half round and the second are those 2 scratches that I actually can feel with my nail on the build plate ? what’s you thoughts should I contact anycubic?

And for last I’m running a test print with some parts I have drawn yesterday for an 1/43 ferrari 312 f1

Need help! got my Photon yesterday and tried 2 prints so far. Couldnt get it to print right both times.

First was the pre-sliced cube. it sticks well to the platform and didn't fail completely. instead some weird jello-like structures formed in the vat, adhered to the print and caused a small deformation in one of the corners. otherwise could call it ok.

Second i wanted to try something smalled and with more details, a small mini of Jotaro. again, weird jello structures formed and stick to the print.

in both cases, these structures came out super easy, on the post process with IPA i could remove them with light brush. they didnt dissolve, but were not hardened. there were lot more of these semi-cured jello in the vat, and i had to clean the vat after both prints. no strenght required to remove them from the bottom of the vat.

The LCD is working fine, both during test, as during print. it seems to only be "strong" light in the required spots. and some background light in all the area during print. on the test it form the required form perfectly.

This structures are causing either damage to print or making me lose some fine detail ( like jotaro hand) also.. im losing a lot of resin during clean-up and because of huge semi-cured jello-like thingy. (see picture).

(PS: all supports on jotaro printed fine, even tiny ones)

What could be causing this? how can i improve/fix?
