I had a ton of trouble getting prints to stick no matter what method of bed leveling or resin I used so I decided to sand my bed. Haven't had a single failed print since then but now I can't get the prints off the bed lol. Its a better problem to have but still a problem.

Any tips on how to remove prints off of a sanded bed?

How do you solve prints partially coming off the build plate? Its sticking to the FEP film way too well.

My settings are 6 bottom layers at 100 seconds and 17 seconds per every other layer.

In Chitubox under the machine settings there is an option for LCD_mirror, DLP normal, and normal. What are these settings and what should I have it set to?

After hours of testing, cleaning, and re-leveling only to fail and have to do it all over again I finally got it working.

Even at 50 microns the level of detail is insane. I don't think this will ever get old to me.

Whats the tiniest thing you guys have printed?

How toxic is this stuff exactly? I'm out of nitrile gloves and at this point just going in raw and I've gotten a lot of it on me already. I'm not going to get aids from this, am I?

Also, I'm using 70% Isopropyl Alcohol instead of 99% because thats all I have at the moment. That should be good enough to dissolve it, right?

Any reason this particular print would fail to stick when my previous 2 worked fine? All the settings were the same.

The only differences between this and the previous prints are that the other 2 models required supports and I left the resin in the vat over night and tried printing this in the morning.

I love how tiny this printer can print stuff. Is there a reason why Im still getting very visible layer lines at 25 microns with 4x AA?

I see a lot of prints here that look absolutely clean. I ordered some gray resin and I'll see if the layer lines still show up with it.

What slicer does everyone use? The one that comes with the photon seems extremely limited in every way. There doesn't seem to be a way to generate support or enable AA.
