Anyone here try swapping their Photon's LED chip for an LED array? I know it's not a drop in replacement (you'd need a different power supply and a driver board), but the Photon's lack of uniformity and curing power is one of its biggest weaknesses, and it seems that would be an effective fix, as the possible expense of reduced LCD lifespan from heating (although I was also thinking of modding in a cooling blower fan between the array and the screen when I made the adapter).

Third printing attempt on the Photon S and it's better, but there's still some issues. I re-leveled the build plate in between each print and switched over to Chitubox for the third one. Afterwards, I noticed some circular indents on the FEP film - could this be the cause?

Settings for the third print, using AnyCubic Green:

Layer Height: 0.05 mm

Bottom Layer Count: 3

Exposure Time: 8 s

Bottom Exposure Time: 40 s

Light-Off Delay: 0 s

Bottom Light-Off Delay: 0 s

To the people with multiple brand/makes of printers, is the print size on the phrozen xl a noticeable step up from the photon? I love my photons and they will always have their place but I'm finding more and more that I need a larger build area. Tia
