Hivemind, I'm struggling with my bases getting stuck in the raft. Raft is set to 0 on the bed. How can I resolve this? Thanks. Also getting a lot of failures with nothing sticking to the bed and all ending up in the vat.

I'm really struggling to remove the old LCD in my printer. The instruction video makes it look like the easiest thing I the world but the thing is stuck there fast. The pane of toughened glass has broken off and the screen is just sitting there not budging

I wanted to polish some models I'm making that won't be painted with a buffing/polishing wheel attachment to a power drill. Has anyone done this and if so, what is your preferred brand/attachment? I will be using a face mask and eye protection when I do this. And some venting as well to make sure the dust doesn't stay in the air.

Seems to me, that some layer(s) are shifted horizontally (and I rip them off before taking the picture)? On top, but also in middle?

Any advice on working with clear resins? We have tried two so far - Monoprice and Elegoo. Both brands are resulting in the same problem for us - there seems to be resin filling in around the supports on tiny models, adhering them to the raft completely. At first we thought we were not rinsing well enough, but after three days of trials, I can say that it seems to be done in the printing process. Trying to take a brand new print off the supports showed it is already filled in and hardened as soon as we take if off the build plate. Perhaps because clear is so transparent, the machine is curing the loose resin around the supports as it prints additional layers? We are using the recommend times and the prints are successful aside for the cured resin between supports. Thanks!
