elegoo mars screens in the photon:

Ive seen varying reports of these working and/or killing the mainboard if connected incorrectly, what is the correct orientation of the adapter? and if it eats the mainboard, what are the symptoms? just the screen not working?

Hey question for you guys
I'm getting delaminating artifacts in one of my photons, single layers floating in the resin or sticking to parts, it looks to me like maybe a raft layer or two are coming loose from the "long burn" raft layers.

I peered down at it during a print (in a vat of water) and I don't see any problems, the black look dark, looking at another printer it looks like its just as dark, I'm not sure it is the LCD dying on me.

Any thoughts?

Hey
On one of my photons, I'm starting to get a couple paper-thin layers hanging off of prints, where there should be nothing

Ive changed the resin, and did a fep check, don't see a problem on the screen
checked the files by opening with chitu and going through the layer preview, I dont see a slicing error
Any ideas what else I can check?

Ultrasonic cleaner folks:
I picked up one of these guys: https://www.ebay.com/…/Stainless-Steel-6L-Lit…/143366995192…

Its very, very loud, which I can deal with, but the sound appears to change with the position of the basket, and I'm not seeing the bubbles in the simple green burst immediately on activation like I did with my little harbor freight guy I had a few years ago, in addition the display flickers while running, which makes me think there's some kind of issue here.

Anyone running one of these?

Question
I just picked up a used photon, and the light seems okay, the LCD is new

I'm getting some weirdness in the prints, in that they aren't prints, I'll get just a platform attached to the build plate, and then the rest on the FEP, no support stems or anything.

My thought is that the print is actually failing as soon as the base layer are done, like the bulb isn't putting out enough UV

I ran the test and it doesnt' seem any less bright than one of my working ones, and I've run the same failed print on another printer with no issues.

Thoughts?

Hey
So recently I have been making some prints which are pretty flat sided

Occasionally in chitubox I get a support which is embedded in the side of the print, like the support was printed too close to the wall, so the side is stuck in there not the tip

Is there a setting for a min support offset I'm not seeing, maybe setting the tip to be a certain length which will pull it away from the print automatically, anything like that?

Hey so I'm starting to ramp up production and have a third photon probably coming at some point.

What do peoples more production line setups look like? I'm wondering mostly about the washing stage as it is quickly getting expensive with isoprop dipping and rinsing, there's got to be a better way
