This is a green lantern ring i got off thingiverse, I then handcarved it for an alien HR Giger look then of course finished with paint and distressing techniques.. not my best work but not bad for plastic. Lol

Any idea what may be causing these lines? Printing at 0.02 layer height with anycubic skin. Bottom 8, exposure 11, bottom exposure 80, off 6.
Feel like I'm also looking detail on some of the parts.

Wow, I came to publicly shame myself. I pulled just about the stupidest trick you can do with a Photon. Being a noob and having 2 failed prints, I just looked into my Photon and thought the print was failing again. So, not wanting to waste resin (or time) I figured I'd stop, clean up and try again. Well, the print wasn't failing as I thought peering in, I actually stopped a perfect print 70% of the way through. Not having one of those things that you flog yourself with, I just figured I'd vent here and be publicly humiliated.

Is there a guide for adding vent holes for suction problems near base of model/build plate anyone can share? Unsure if I should have a hole perpendicular to build plate out “side” of the model or going through the “bottom” of the model into the build plate?

Printed this object two ways, vertically and horizontally (hollow, with vent holes). Needs supports either way, fewer supports vertically but they are in more visible places. Layers are visible on the top surface when printed horizontally (under very close examination, nothing like FDM, but visible). I'll try 45 degrees next, with supports from the bottom. Do I need to make a vent hole at the very bottom of the model, in the point closest to the plate? Or can it be higher?
