Finally got around to trying my heater unit during a print. Print not yet finished but the fep sounds are encouraging to say the least. Anycubic Maroon does suggest 25 to 30 c so set 25 c.

I've got some solid blocky parts I am needing to print for my work and my test print suffered for some pretty big splits in a couple of places.

I am surprised it actually finished but what is the most likely cause of these?

I presume it's likely due to the fact this part is solid but I would of expected it to fail and not recover its self each time?

Its printed in anycubic black with 12 second layer time and 8 second off time to give it a slightly longer rest between layers. The base was still solidly on the plate with no lifting at all which I was surprised with.

Just wanted to give you all a shoutout. A few days ago I popped in to ask about the weird jiggling on my test print with my Photon and you all jumped in to reassure me that it was all normal. I finished that print and cured it and it turned out pretty well. I made a few more mistakes after that, like not setting exposure times or the correct build plate size in ChiTuBox, and then I had a failed print where the models got pulled off the build plate. I cleaned everything up, releveled my bed, and started a print. I woke up to these being done, and they look fantastic. I did some quick cleanup on my bard mini but didn't have enough to time to do the others, so I'm going to let them cure and see how support removal feels after that. I'm already printing a backup set just to be safe.

A great FEP film for SLA (including Laser SLA, DLP and LCD) printers is available for 150um thickness here! It shows awesome performance proven by stickiness (release force), durability and clarity on vat of Photon, Sparkmaker, miniQ and Phrozen.
Both sides equipped with release function. Applicable to the current 5.5" LCD light curing machine in the markets. Thickness is 0.15mm and size is 200mm*140mm.
When shipped, each piece in a pearl bag, and then loaded into the carton envelope.
