advice on positioning please....

I'm printing some replacement wheels for a Matchbox car. I printed a bunch flat and their ok, but the bottom that was against the build plate is dead flat and lost its detail. These are super small so I didn't think it would ba an issue....

There were various problems until I could print, but I am relieved to be able to print safely.

I printed the tip of a Custom Saber blade.
( I used a white resin that can be washed with water. )
The penetration rate of light is not bad either.

I tried to print a wing about the size of the build plate when diagnal, part of the support structure-base was only partially cured. Is that a sign the model is too big? I've never seen that after about a dozen prints.

Now I am well angry. nine months owning this pile of scrap waiting months for parts, weeks for any replies from support, 2 blown screens and 3 blown motherboards and several litres of wasted resin....anycubic has shrugged their said sorry for all my inconvenience and only offered me 100 euro's refund.......I paid over 400 euro's for something not fit for purpose.....
