I wanted to make a resin test model thought why not just use the words themselves.

100% Siraya Blu printed solid.

Going to let it drip dry instead of IPA washing to see if stays clear.

Curious to those with their printer in an enclosure and ventilation but do you have better luck with your vent in the top or bottom?

Messing with a jury rigged attempt finally. Also what's a better exposure setting per layer for the resin that comes with it?

Running this Experiment starting today, will report results if it works, or fails. Based on the idea of differential heat capacities of metal and HDPE. It works with paint thinner ... so testing it with IPA. Requires no electricity, should work like a heat battery, let's hope it works, thank you.

Hi, I am trying to make a two park mold of two component silicone. My master is 3d printed jewelry. The mold works fine but I loose details like inscription (2x1x1mm). Anyone have some ideas to the process?

Currently I place one half of the master in wax, pour silicone over, let it dry. Remove the wax, turn the silcone, add Vaseline, pour silcone over.

Any help would be appreciated

Hey ho

Here are some pictures of my belt tensioner for a Geeetech printer.
The right one is finished so far and the left parts are freshly cleaned: D

Material is from phrozen shuffle nylon like green, is really cool I must say and the additional costs are really worth it in my eyes

BE: 30s
NE: 11s
OE: 4s
BL: 4

Lh: 0.05

Have it sliced in formware and printed with minus two pixels.
What bothers me are the remnants of the support.

I am very open and grateful for suggestions.

Have a nice weekend ?

Sorry for my bad English ? ?
