So got my Photon Zero yesterday with some minor issues and installed the software for it and sliced a file to pw0 format but on the printer's screen when I go to select the file the file name is there but there's no image. Click on it and gives me an error message then the other two files lose their image as well.

Any others encounter issues like this? I'm using the included jump drive as for some odd reason it wouldn't recognize any of mine and just locked up once even.

Curious but does anyone in here have an iSonic to clean their prints with? Only have a small jewelry one from Wal-Mart atm I'm using but looking at something bigger finally that'd actually clean the prints better.

So what's the go to Ultrasonic Cleaner on Amazon people are using? I've only ever had a small cheap jewelry one from Wal-Mart because I didn't print that much or that big of models but finally time to upgrade. Looking around $150 atm if possible.

Working with printing using custom supports but is there another program people like to use for them besides Chitubox and the Anycubic one? Tried Auto Supports a couple times until I got the hang of it and started doing my own Custom ones and noticed both have their own bugs you have to work with.

Working with Artisan Guild's models atm but the amount of islands is nuts with some of them but as expected with as much detail as they have.

Finally had to replace my FEP sheet and found out I was shorted one in the first place when I got my Photon from Amazon but where do you all typically get yours or do you shell out the $17 to them typically?

Also has anyone seen a spacer to print to keep the bed level when removing prints? Seems like it should be level with the screen all the time doesn't feel to me like it is even needed to be able to swivel.

Had an issue come up with the slicer. For some odd reason a file I sliced with it had where there was nothing the first two layers then it finally started on layer 3. Caused half the prints to fail. Anyone else have this issue?

For the record same model just multiple times. No clue why four out of ten actually adhered to the build plate but still puzzled.

Ok I know others in here have to mess with airbrushes as well. What masks do you use for both airbrushing and with resin printing aside from the cheap one they give you?

Curious to those with their printer in an enclosure and ventilation but do you have better luck with your vent in the top or bottom?

Messing with a jury rigged attempt finally. Also what's a better exposure setting per layer for the resin that comes with it?

So looking for a little help on this one. Got the Photon today and did the calibrations, installed the software and every time I try to run it I get the attached error message. I've reinstalled it and still same message.

Tried running as admin and same thing. Looked the message up on google and pointed to an update that won't install. Any others have this issue and if so how'd you fix / get around it?
