Tape your screens down!

New owners having a rash of vats pulling off screens recently. This needs repeated, gently rock the vat, lift slightly and check before yanking it out.

1. Before putting in the vat, make sure that the bottom of the FEP film is absolutely clean and dry. Resin residue, moisture, etc. will make it stick to the glass.

2. Best to tape it down, if you don't have kapton just use cellophane or any other thin tape. In a pinch, electrician's tape will do to till you get better ones.

I received my printer about a week ago and I thought I was going to hate it as I only had two good prints out of about 20 tries. They sent me Orange and Green when I ordered (I didn't get a choice) and they both seem to suck. I ordered the water washable grey and white from Wanhao and now I am happy with the machine as no failed prints since. Incredible detail, I love it. I am never going to use any of the Anycubic branded resin again.
